Returns
Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned to the original location of purchase within 7 days. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. No returns accepted on prints, antiques, or furniture. All discounted items are final sale.
Exchanges
Exchanges of unopened, unused merchandise is accepted within 14 days with receipt. Items may be exchanged for store credit.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most items are ready to ship out within 7 days of placing your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased here may be redeemed at our Goods for the Study locations in the West Village and Nolita and at all McNally Jackson Books locations.
